FitCheck AI, StreamHub, and all Vic2rey Labs applications are designed for personal use.

These applications are intended for individuals to explore how clothing and fashion items would look on themselves before making purchasing decisions.
Personal Entertainment
You may use StreamHub to discover and enjoy personalized media recommendations based on your viewing preferences.
Business Automation (AI Agent Factory)
Enterprise users may deploy AI agents for legitimate business automation and workflow optimization purposes.
3. User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all content you upload to Vic2rey Labs applications.
Right to Use: You must only upload images, photos, and content that you have the legal right to use. This includes personal photos, photos of yourself, or content where you have obtained proper consent.
No Copyright Infringement: Do not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of third parties.
Privacy Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring you have permission from any individuals appearing in uploaded content.

4. Limitation of Liability
AI-Generated Results Disclaimer
Vic2rey Labs is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated virtual try-on results.
The virtual fitting room results generated by FitCheck AI are AI-predicted approximations based on computer vision models. Actual fit, color accuracy, and appearance may differ significantly from AI-generated previews when viewing items in person or on a physical body.
We strongly recommend verifying fit and appearance before making any purchasing decisions based on our AI predictions.
FitCheck AI is a convenience tool designed to help you explore styling options, not a guarantee of how items will look on you. StyleCheck AI is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
5. Service Availability
Vic2rey Labs makes no guarantee regarding the continuous availability, uptime, or functionality of our applications. Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
We are not liable for any interruption of service or loss of data that may occur during maintenance windows or due to technical failures.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Vic2rey Labs applications—including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and code—are the exclusive property of Vic2rey Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
7. Termination
Vic2rey Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or other applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
